Terms and Conditions

This Terms and Conditions is a contract between me and you. All the information listed below is everything you need to know before placing your order. 


Before placing your order, please be sure to agree to the terms and conditions:

  • All wig orders take up to 10 days to be completed and sent out.
  • You must email your head measurements no later than 2 days after your purchase.
  • We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please be sure to keep an eye out on your package to ensure safe delivery.
  • We are based in Chicago, if you have any questions on traveling services, we will schedule a 1on1 via zoom or phone call.
  • Your shipping and billing must both match when making your purchase.


Return and Refund Policy


A Return and Refund policy:

  • Terms of return is between 2-5 days.
  • State of return must be unworn.
  • Reason for return should be either damaged or wrong product.
  • Process the return by contacting customer services through email. 
  • Process of refund takes up to 7-10 business days.
